Manly Books

Just the other day I found this page:

It's a rather long list of books that are essential to the literate man, I have a long way to go as I have barely read half of these! I'm still open suggestions though on books to read though.

  10. if you want to be a man, read Cornwell's the warlord trilogy, maybe the best books Ive read my entire life.
    and Ive read a lot of those in the list.

  11. lol when Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde is on there. not exactly the picture of manliness, but a good book. my suggestion for a manly book is The Old Man and the Sea by Hemingway.

  13. I love Jack Kerouac, Huxley, Orwel books. You should read Kesey too :) Great post, thanks. I will look for other one in my library.
